Theme: "Designing Better Futures: Engineering, Management and Innovation for Resilient Societies"
Rapid technological, economic, environmental and social change is reshaping how societies design, produce, work learn, organise and innovate. IEM6-2027 brings together researchers, practitioners, industry professionals, educators, policymakers and other stakeholders to examine how engineering, management and innovation can be applied to design better futures and strengthen the resilience of organisations, industries, communities and societies. Building on the Industrial Engineering and Management Conferences held in 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018 and 2022, IEM6- 2027 aims to advance the theory and practice of industrial engineering and management while creating space for interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral contributions relevant to the Caribbean, Small Island Developing States, developing economies and wider international contexts. The conference welcomes technical, organisational, economic, human- centred and societal perspectives on contemporary challenges and opportunities.
